Conversion of School House

Conversion of School Site Agents House into Teaching space for Primary age children with three offices on first floor.

This Building was the original Site Agents House with no alterations since it was built in the 1980's

The original Site Agents House soft and hard landscaping being removed and releveled and marked out for the foundation dig

The Drainage has been dug and foundations have been poured and set and materials delivered ready for taking the external walls up to DPC level with hardcare poured for the floor base.

The outside perimeter walls are up to DPC level and hardcore ready for sand blinding. The drainage is also installed at this stage.

The sand blinding has been laid and the walls have started to be taken up above the DPC with the added addition of the timber inserts to create door openings prior to installation of the Aluminium sliding doors. More materials of internal blocks ready for installation.

The outside and inner walls are close the top of the window and door heights with perimeter cavity wall insulation installed. All the windows and doors have timber profiles in ready for their swap out for the new windows and doors.

The window and door lintels have been installed and the scaffolding erected ready to install the roof trusses and roof materails. More materials of external facing bricks and internal blocks ready for installation up to underside of roof.

The outside and inner walls are finshed and roof trusses, tiles and roof insulation fully installed. All the windows and door timber profiles have been removed and ready for the installation of the new windows and doors.

The Upvc window and Aluminium Bi-Fold doors have been installed and the scaffolding removed. The fascia and soffits,guttering and downpipes installed.

Also the external hard landscaping/ paving installed with topsoil installed.
